Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator, Canada & Latin America

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, Canada & Latin America

Location: Goleta (Hybrid)

The Role
Under supervision of the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator provides support to sales operations functions for all Canada and Latin America wholesale and distributor brands (UGG®, Koolaburra by UGG®, HOKA®, Teva). Duties include day-to-day responsibility for ensuring a smooth communication flow between sales management and sales reps or distributors, and with corporate internal departments. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the sales team and distributor partners have all reporting and tools needed to be successful.

Your Impact

This position develops and maintains professional relationships to ensure an effective working partnership with all levels of the organization: sales management, sales planning, supply, demand planning, marketing, etc.
The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:
Management of the Deckers B2B, seasonal set-ups and sell-in tools. Communication with sales team, distributors and cross-functional partners. Order management, reporting, data management and information gathering and managing monthly buy process for distributors.

We’d love to hear from people with
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years similar experience (operations, customer service, account management, etc.) and/or experience in a support position within a wholesale environment.
  • Experience working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications. Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management and other employees of the organization.
  • Extensive reporting skills.
